WOOL MARKETING ACT 1987

Wool Marketing Regulations (Amendment)

The Wool Marketing Act 1987 Act has recently been amended by the Primary Industries and Energy Legislation Amendment Act (No 3) 1989. The amendments insert into the Act certain provisions which were previously in the Wool Marketing Regulations including a definition of ‘test certificate’. The purpose of a test certificate is to specify the results of a test on greasy wool.

The Regulations amend the Wool Marketing Regulations to provide for those matters which must be contained in a test certificate.
