STATUTORY RULE 1982 NO 294
ISSUED BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE MINISTER FOR COMMUNICATIONS
The Schedule to the Wireless Telegraphy Regulations lists the classes of licences that may be granted under the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1905.
This Statutory Rule amends the Wireless Telegraphy Regulations (the Regulations) by introducing new classes of licences relating to services using advanced technology. Definitions for the new classes of licences are included in the Regulations and the Schedule is repealed and replaced with a Schedule incorporating the new categories.
