PROVISIONAL REGULATION UNDER THE WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY ACT 1905.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, herby certify that, on account of urgency, the undermentioned amended Regulation under the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1905, namely :—

should come into immediate operation, and make the amended Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

Wireless Telegraphy Regulations.

Fees for Licences.

Regulation 7 under this head (Statutory Rules 1911, No. 216) is repealed, and the following Regulation is inserted in its stead:—

7. The fees for licences shall be as follows:—

For a General Licence for ship stations or for any renewal thereof—Five shillings for each ship included in the licence.

For a Supplementary Licence for ship stations or for any renewal thereof—Five shillings for each ship included in the licence

For an Experimental Licence for land stations—Twenty-one shillings for each year or part of a year the licence is in force.
