REGULATIONS UNDER THE WINE OVERSEAS MARKETING ACT 1929.

I, THE DEPUTY OF THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Wine Overseas Marketing Act 1929, to come into operation forthwith.

Wine Overseas Marketing (Fees and Expenses) Regulations.

Short title.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wine Overseas Marketing (Fees and Expenses) Regulations.

Fees of Chairman and members.

2. For attendance at meetings of the Board the Chairman of the Board shall receive a fee of Five guineas per diem and each member or deputy of a member of the Board, while acting as such, shall receive a fee of Four guineas per diem.

Travelling expenses.

3. The Chairman and each member or deputy of a member of the Board residing at a distance of more than fifteen miles from the place where a meeting of the Board is held shall receive an allowance at the rate of Two guineas per diem to cover expenses incurred in travelling in connexion with attendance at a meeting of the Board, and shall be reimbursed the return rail and steamer fares actually incurred by him in travelling from his place of residence to the place where the meeting of the Board is held.
