Wine Australia (Gross Value of Production of the Grape and Wine Industry for 2022-23) Determination 2023

I, Joanna Stanion, delegate of the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make this Determination under subsection 32B(2) of the Wine Australia Act 2013.

For the purposes of subsection 32B(2) of that Act, the amount of the gross value of production of the goods that are the produce of the grape and wine industry in relation to the financial year starting on 1 July 2022 and ending on 30 June 2023 is determined to be $3,282,563,183.

Note: The amount determined comprises of the following:

(a) for goods that are the produce of the grape industry—$969,096,361;

(b) for goods that are the produce of the wine industry—$2,313,466,822.
