REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the National Security Act 1939-1940 and all other powers me thereunto enabling, hereby make the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Wheat Acquisition Regulations.†

Australian Wheat Board.

1. Regulation 3 of the Wheat Acquisition Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (2.) the word “two” and inserting in its stead the word “four”.

Meetings of the Board.

2. Regulation 6 of the Wheat Acquisition Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3.) the word “six” and inserting in its stead the word “seven”.
