Wharf Notice of Appointment (No. 20/03)
Lucky Bay – Lucky Bay Wharf
I, Jasmina Ackar, delegate of the Comptroller-General of Customs, under paragraph 15(2)(a) of the Customs Act 1901:
a) APPOINT as a wharf in Lucky Bay in the State of South Australia, the area known as Lucky Bay Wharf; and
b) FIX as the limits of that wharf the area within the red boundary lines as indicated in Attachment A to this notice; and
c) LIMIT the purpose of that wharf to use by commercial vessels only.
