REGULATIONS UNDER THE WAR SERVICE HOMES ACT 1918-1941.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the War Service Homes Act 1918-1941.

Amendments of the War Service Homes (Staff) Regulations.†
Commencement.
1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the eighteenth day of September, 1941.
Removal of furniture.
2. Regulation 30 of the War Service Homes (Staff) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) each of the amounts of salary specified therein and respectively inserting in their stead an amount ascertained by adding £12 to each of the amounts so omitted.
Recording and payment of overtime.
3. Regulation 44 of the War Service Homes (Staff) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (11.) the figures “450” and inserting in their stead the figures “462”.
Sunday duty.
4. Regulation 45 of the War Service Homes (Staff) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (4.) the figures “450” and inserting in their stead the figures “462”.
Compensation for holiday duty where salary exceeds £450 per annum.
5. Regulation 48 of the War Service Homes (Staff) Regulations is amended by omitting the figures “450” and inserting in their stead the figures “462”.
Travelling allowances.
6. Regulation 75 of the War Service Homes (Staff) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) each of the amounts of salary specified therein and respectively inserting in their stead an amount ascertained by adding £12 to each amount so omitted.
Fares.
7. Regulation 86 of the War Service Homes (Staff) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the figures “336” and inserting in their stead the figures “348”.

8. Regulation 89 of the War Service Homes (Staff) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) each of the amounts of salary specified therein and respectively inserting in their stead an amount ascertained by adding £12 to each of the amounts so omitted.
Excess travelling time.
9. Regulation 90 of the War Service Homes (Staff) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (6.) the figures “450” and inserting in their stead the figures “462”.
