REGULATION UNDER THE WAR PRECAUTIONS ACT 1914-1916.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the War Precautions Act 1914-1916 to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of War Precautions Regulations as Amended to this Date.
The War Precautions Regulations are amended by inserting therein, after regulation 40d, the following regulation:—
“40e. Any person who, by word, deed or otherwise—
Interfering with shipbuilding.
(a) interferes with, impedes, prevents or hinders shipbuilding operations or any work connected therewith, or incidental thereto, or
(b) interferes with, or impedes, any person or body of persons engaged in, or dissuades, prevents or hinders any person or body of persons from becoming, or continuing to be, engaged in shipbuilding operations, or any work connected therewith, or incidental thereto,
shall be guilty of an offence.”
