REGULATIONS UNDER THE WAR PRECAUTIONS ACT 1914–1916.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL, in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the War Precautions Act 1914–1916, to come into operation forthwith.

War Precautions Regulations 1915.

(Statutory Rules 1915, No. 130.)

1. Regulations 50 of the War Precautions Regulations is amended by inserting, after the word “him”, the words “or the Commissioner, or other principal Officer, of Police of any State, or any person duly authorized by him.”

2. Regulation 50a of the War Precautions Regulations is amended by inserting, after the word “him” (second occurring) the words “or the Commissioner, or other principal Officer, of Police of any State, or any person duly authorized by him,”.
