REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ACT 1919 AND THE WAR PRECAUTIONS ACT 1914-1918.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Commercial Activities Act 1919 and the War Precautions Act 1914-1918, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of War Precautions (Dairy Produce Pool) Regulations as Amended to this Date.

Regulation 4 of the War Precautions (Dairy Produce Pool) Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-Regulation:—

“(3) The Committee may grant leave of absence to any member of the Committee and may appoint another person to act in the place, and during the absence of the member so absent the person so appointed shall have all the powers of the absent member.”

Regulation 10 of the War Precautions (Dairy Produce Pool) Regulations is amended by substituting for the words and figures “thirtieth day of June, 1920,” the words and figures “thirty-first day of August, 1920.”
