An Act to amend section seven of the War Precautions Act Repeal Act 1920–1921.

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—
Short title and citation.
1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the War Precautions Act Repeal Act 1922.
(2.) The War Precautions Act Repeal Act 1920-1921, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the War Precautions Act Repeal Act 1920–1922.
Amendment of s. 7.
2. Section seven of the War Precautions Act Repeal Act 1920–1921 is amended by omitting from the proviso thereto the words “One thousand nine hundred and twenty-two” and inserting in their stead the words “One thousand nine hundred and twenty-three”.
