Determination of non-warlike service
(OPERATION AGRICOLA)
I, Bruce Scott, Minister for Veterans' Affairs for and on behalf of the Minister for Defence, under subsection 5C(1) of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986 (the Act), determine that service rendered by a member of the ADF assigned for duty with OPERATION AGRICOLA in the area of operations specified below during the period from 25 February 1999 to 10 June 1999, is non-warlike service for the purposes of the
Act.
- The area of operation comprises the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Albania and
the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
