VARIATION OF PIPELINE LICENCE WA-29-PL
(JULIMAR DEVELOPMENT PHASE 2)
I, GRAEME ALBERT WATERS, the National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator, on behalf of the Commonwealth–Western Australia Offshore Petroleum Joint Authority hereby vary Pipeline Licence WA-29-PL, dated 5 May 2020 (the licence), for which:

are the registered titleholders, as set out below.
The variation takes effect on the day on which this notice of variation is published in the Australian Government Gazette.

The pipeline route map on page 3 replaces the map at Attachment 1 of the licence instrument.
The rest of the Route of the Pipeline section remains as stated in the licence instrument dated 5 May 2020.
2. The Design and Construction section in Specifications is varied by deleting the paragraph on page 3 of the licence instrument and replacing it with:
The offshore pipeline must be designed and constructed in accordance with Offshore Standard DNVGL‐ST‐F101 ‐Submarine Pipeline Systems (Offshore Pipeline), which is incorporated in its entirety in Australian Standard AS2885.4 ‐ Pipelines, Gas and Liquid Petroleum (Part 4: Submarine Pipelines). Specifically, the design and construction phase of the pipeline must comply with DNVGL‐ST‐F101.
3. The Basis of Design section in Specifications is varied only by deleting Items 6, 7, 9 and 16 in the table on pages 3 and 4 and replacing those items with the following:
