VARIATION OF PIPELINE LICENCE WA-21-PL

(HALYARD FLOWLINE)

 

I, GRAEME ALBERT WATERS, the National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator, on behalf of the Commonwealth–Western Australia Offshore Petroleum Joint Authority hereby vary Pipeline Licence WA-21-PL as set out below.

 

  1. “Authorised Route” on page 2 of 16 of the title instrument is amended as follows:

    “Refer to plan attached as Annexure A and table of coordinates attached as Annexure B”
     
  2. The “Conditions of Licence” on pages 6, 7, and 8 of 16 are varied by deleting the text on pages 6, 7, and 8 of 16 in order to remove the conditions.

 

3.      Annexure A is varied by deleting the text on page 9 of 16 and the map on page 10 of 16 and replacing it with the following text and the map at Attachment 1:

WA-21-PL Greater East Spar system of pipes pipeline layout.
 

4.      Annexure B is varied by deleting the text on page 11 of 16 and replacing it with the following text and tables:

The route of the Greater East Spar system of pipes is described in the table hereunder, commencing at the Halyard-1 Christmas Tree and terminating at the western tie-in flange on the East Spar Manifold. Coordinates are based on Geodetic Datum of Australia (GDA94).
