VARIATION OF PIPELINE LICENCE WA-13-PL
I, JOANNE JENNIFER BELL, Delegate of the National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator, on behalf of the Commonwealth–Western Australia Offshore Petroleum Joint Authority hereby vary Pipeline Licence WA-13-PL, dated 15 February 2006 (the Licence), for which:

2. The variation to the licence creates a system of pipes which includes the flowlines and spools linking the PER01 and PER03 wells to the Perseus over Goodwyn pipeline.
