Variation of List of Names and Categories of Registered Entities
Financial Sector (Collection of Data) Act 2001
SINCE:
A. APRA keeps a Register of Entities (the register) under section 8 of the Financial Sector (Collection of Data) Act 2001 (the Act);
B. APRA keeps a list of the names of registered entities under section 11 of the Act (the list);
C. APRA has included on the list the names of entities which APRA has exempted from the requirement to register under paragraph 7(2)(j) of the Act; and
D. The following companies (the corporations), exempted by APRA under paragraph 7(2)(j) of the Act, are no longer registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission:
