REGULATIONS UNDER THE TREATY OF PEACE (GERMANY) ACT 19191920.

I, THE DEPUTY OF THE GOVERNORGENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Treaty of Peace (Germany) Act 19191920, to come into operation on and from 12th June, 1928.

Amendment of Treaty of Peace Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1920, No. 25, as amended to this date.)

Regulation 2 of the Treaty of Peace Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of “the Minister” and inserting in its stead the following definition:—

“ ‘the Minister’ means the Treasurer;”.
