REGULATIONS UNDER THE AUDIT ACT 1901-1975.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Audit Act 1901-1975.

Amendments of the Treasury Regulations†
Quotations.
1. Regulation 51 of the Treasury Regulations is amended—
(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1) the words “ Fifty dollars ” and substituting the words “ One hundred dollars ”;
(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) the words “ representative quotations ” and substituting the words “ at least three representative quotations ”;
(c) by omitting sub-regulation (2);
(d) by omitting from sub-regulation (3) the words “ Fifty dollars ” and substituting the words “ One hundred dollars ”;
(e) by omitting from sub-regulation (3) the words “ One hundred dollars ” and substituting the words “ Two hundred and fifty dollars ”; and
(f) by omitting from sub-regulation (4) the words “ One hundred dollars ” and substituting the words ” Two hundred and fifty dollars ”.
Tenders.
2. Regulation 52 of the Treasury Regulations is amended by omitting the words “ One thousand dollars ” and substituting the words “ Five thousand dollars ”.
Publication of provisions of certain contracts.
3. Regulation 53 of the Treasury Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) the words “ Four hundred dollars ” and substituting the words “ One thousand dollars ”.
