This instrument is the Treasury Laws Amendment (Business Registers) Instrument 2026.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the following:
- the Business Names Registration Act 2011;
- the Corporations Act 2001;
- the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.

Repeal the paragraphs.

After “28(2)” (wherever occurring), insert “, 28(2A)”.

Repeal the subsection.

Repeal the subsection.
