Treasury Laws Amendment (2016 Measures No. 1) Commencement Proclamation 2017
I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 5 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Treasury Laws Amendment (2016 Measures No. 1) Act 2017, fix 1 September 2017 as the day on which Part 2 of Schedule 3 to that Act commences.
