Therapeutic Goods Amendment (2016 Measures No. 1) Commencement Proclamation 2017
I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 2 and 4 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Therapeutic Goods Amendment (2016 Measures No. 1) Act 2017, fix 1 July 2017 as the day on which Schedules 1 and 9 to that Act commence.
