Terminated the appointment of Member of the Order of Australia in the General Division, made to

 

 

Mr Colin Gregory Ryan

 

 

and

 

 

Cancelled the award of the Medal of the Order of Australia in the General Division, made to

 

 

Mr John Wallace Meyers
