STATUTORY RULES.

1961. No.9.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1950.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1950.

Amendments of the Telephone Regulations.

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the twenty-third day of January, 1961.

First Schedule.

2. The First Schedule to the Telephone Regulations is amended as set out in the First Schedule to these Regulations.

Second Schedule.

3. The Second Schedule to the Telephone Regulations is amended as set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

Regulation 2.

Amendments of the First Schedule to the Telephone Regulations.

1. Omit from the words specified in column 3 of Part 1 opposite to the word “Berrigan” in column 1 the word “Savernake”.

2. Omit from the words specified in column 3 of Part 1 opposite to the words “Leicester Park” in column 1 the word “Savernake”.
