REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1916.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the undermentioned amended Regulation under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1916 to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of the Telephone Regulations 1913.
(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 349.)
Regulation 14 is repealed, and the following Regulation is inserted in its stead:—
14. If any subscriber fails to pay the rent or other charges due by him within fourteen days of the due date, the Deputy Postmaster-General may order that the telephone used by the subscriber shall be disconnected from the Exchange, and may cancel the agreement, and cause the name of the subscriber to be removed from the List, and may order the removal of all wires, instruments, and fittings without prejudice to his right to recover any rent or other charges due under these Regulations.
