Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Scheme Exemption Declaration: Silcar Pty Ltd

 

I, Jennifer McNeill,  delegate of the Australian Communications and Media Authority, acting under subsection 129(1) of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 (“the Act”), declare that Silcar Pty Ltd (ACN 115 000 336)  is exempt from the requirement under subsection 128(1) of the Act to enter into the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman scheme.
