DECLARATION UNDER SUBSECTION 129(1) OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CONSUMER PROTECTION AND SERVICE STANDARDS) ACT 1999

Pursuant to subsection 129(1) of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 (“the Act”), I, Jonquil Ritter, delegate of the Australian Communications and Media Authority, having had regard to the matters listed in subsection 129(2) of the Act, declare that Newhome Technologies Pty Ltd, ACN 003 128 989, is exempt from the requirement in subsection 128(1) of the Act to enter into the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman scheme.

This declaration commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
