Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Scheme Exemption Declaration: JDC Communications Pty Ltd

 

I, Jennifer McNeill, delegate of the Australian Communications and Media Authority, acting under subsection 129(1) of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 (the Act), declare that JDC Communications Pty Ltd (ACN 150 790 097), a company registered under the Corporations Act 2001, is exempt from the requirement in subsection 128(1) of the Act to enter into the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman scheme.
