Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Scheme Exemption Declaration: Gosford City Council

 

I, Jennifer McNeill, delegate of the Australian Communications and Media Authority, acting under subsection 129(1) of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 (“the Act”), declare that Gosford City Council, a council within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) is exempt from the requirement in subsection 128(1) of the Act to enter into the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman scheme.
