Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Scheme Exemption Declaration: East West Line Parks Limited

 

I, Jennifer McNeill, delegate of the Australian Communications and Media Authority, acting under subsection 129(1) of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 (“the Act”), declare that East West Line Parks Limited ACN 118 581 883 is exempt from the requirement in subsection 128(1) of the Act to enter into the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman scheme.
