1 Name of determination

  This determination is the Telecommunications (Due Date for Annual Charge) Determination 1999.

2 Commencement

  This determination commences on gazettal.

3 Definitions

  In this determination:

Act means the Telecommunications Act 1997.

annual charge has the meaning given by subsection 468 (1) of the Act.

4 When annual charge is due and payable

 (1) Under subsection 468 (3) of the Act, an annual charge is due and payable at the time ascertained in accordance with this determination.

 (2) An annual charge is due and payable on 15 June of the year in which the charge is imposed.

5 Revocation

  The Telecommunications (Due Date for Annual Charge) Determination 1998 is revoked.
