PART 1 PRELIMINARY
1. Name of determination
This determination is the Telecommunications (Due Date for Annual Carrier Licence Charge) Determination No. 1 of 1999.
2. Commencement
This determination commences on gazettal.
3. Definitions
In this determination, unless the contrary intention appears:
Act means the Telecommunications Act 1997.
annual charge has the meaning given in subsection 73(1) of the Act.
Note: The following expressions used in this determination are defined in the Act (see section 7):
- ACA.
4. When annual charge is due and payable
(1) Under subsection 73(3) of the Act, an annual charge is due and payable at the time ascertained in accordance with a written determination made by the ACA.
(2) An annual charge is due and payable 30 calendar days after the date specified on an invoice issued to the person by the ACA.
