1 Name of Determination

  This Determination is the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Application Charge) Determination 2004.

2 Commencement

  This Determination commences on 1 July 2004.

3 Carrier licence application charge

  The amount of charge imposed on an application for a carrier licence under section 7 of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997 is $2200.

4 Revocation

  The Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Application Charge) Determination 2002, published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 13 February 2002, is revoked.
