1. Purpose

This Notice revokes the Tasmania Class 1 Heavy Vehicle Unladen Low Loader Dimension Exemption Notice 2021 (No. 1) (the Tasmanian Exemption Notice).

Note: Exemptions and access formerly under this Notice are incorporated into the Tasmania Class 1 Heavy Vehicle Unladen Low Loader and Low Loader Dolly Dimension Exemption Notice 2021 (No.1).

2.       Authorising Provisions

This notice is made under section 117 and section 23 of Schedule 1 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law as in force in Tasmania.

3.       Title

This notice may be cited as the Tasmania Class 1 Heavy Vehicle Unladen Low Loader Dimension Exemption (Revocation) Notice 2021 (No. 1).

4.       Commencement

This notice commences on the day of its publication.

5.       Revocation

This Notice revokes the Tasmania Class 1 Heavy Vehicle Unladen Low Loader Dimension Exemption Notice 2021 (No. 1).
