Takeovers Panel – Members – Appointments and Reappointments (No. 1) 2026

I, the Honourable Sam Mostyn AC, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and under subsection 172(2) of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001:

  1.     reappoint Joseph Fayyad, Emma-Jane Newton, Erin Tinker, Sylvia Falzon, Louise Higgins, Kate Towey, Kristen Jung, Michael Lishman, James Stewart, Yasmin Allen, Rebecca Maslen-Stannage, Diana Nicholson and Neil Pathak as members of the Takeovers Panel, each on a part-time basis and each for a period of three years beginning on 2 April 2026; and
  2.    appoint Justin Harris, Christine McLoughlin, Jane McAloon and Antonella Pacitti as members of the Takeovers Panel, each on a part-time basis and each for a period of three years beginning 2 April 2026.
