(WORKS AND BUILDINGS) 1916-17.

No. 12 of 1918.

An Act to amend the appropriation out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and seventeen for the purposes of Additions, New Works, Buildings, &c.

[Assented to 11th June, 1918.]

Preamble.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of amending an appropriation originated in the House of Representatives, as follows:

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation (Works and Buildings) Act 1916-1917.

Variation of appropriation.

2. The sums appropriated and the purposes for which they were appropriated by the Appropriation (Works and Buildings) Act 1916-1917 from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and seventeen shall be deemed to have been varied as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 19 of 1916 in accordance with the Schedule to this Act.
