An Act to appropriate further sums for the service of the years ended the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and four and the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and five, for purposes of Additions, New Works, Buildings, &c.

Preamble.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives as follows :—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation (Works and Buildings) Act 1903–4 and 1904–5.

Appropriation of £490.

2. The sum of Four hundred and ninety pounds which has been issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and four, shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Supply Act (No. 1) 1903-4 for the purposes and services expressed in the First Schedule to this Act.

Appropriation of £52,527.

3. The sum of Fifty-two thousand five hundred and twenty-seven pounds which has been issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and five shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Supply Act (No. 1) 1904–5 for the purposes and services expressed in the Second Schedule to this Act.
