SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION
1927-30.

No. 51 of 1931.

An Act to appropriate further sums out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of each of the following years, namely, the year ended the Thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, the year ended the Thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, the year ended the Thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty.

Preamble.

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows:—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation Act 1927–30.

Appropriation of £647,969 for 1927–28.

2. The sum of six hundred and forty-seven thousand nine hundred and sixty-nine pounds which has been issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the Thirtieth day

F.3467.—Price 4s. 9d.

of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 28 of 1927 for the purposes and services expressed in the First Schedule to this Act.

Appropriation of £288,337 for 1928–29.

3. The sum of two hundred and eighty-eight thousand three hundred and thirty-seven pounds which has been issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the Thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 48 of 1928 for the purposes and services expressed in the Second Schedule to this Act.

Appropriation of £746,647 for 1929–30.

4. The sum of seven hundred and forty-six thousand six hundred and forty-seven pounds which has been issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the Thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty, shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 34 of 1929 for the purposes and services expressed in the Third Schedule to this Act.
