Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints)
(Tribunal Members) (No. 3) 2021
I, Jane Hume, Minister for Superannuation, Financial Services and the Digital Economy, and Minister for Women’s Economic Security, make the following appointments:
(a) under subsection 54(1) of the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993, and subparagraph 33A(1)(b)(i) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, appoint Lynn Kelly to act as Chairperson of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal for the period 1 January 2022 to 5 March 2022;
(b) under subsection 54(1A) of the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993, and subparagraph 33A(1)(b)(i) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, appoint Sarah Edmondson to act as Deputy Chairperson of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal for the period 1 January 2022 to 5 March 2022;
(c) under subsection 7(3) of the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993, appoint Paul Argent, Taylor Black and Alexander Maevsky as members of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal for the period 1 January 2022 to 5 March 2022.
No remuneration is payable for any of the above appointments.
