Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993
I, Jane Hume, Minister for Superannuation, Financial Services and the Digital Economy, acting under subsection 54(1A) of the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993, appoint Sarah Jane Edmondson to act as Tribunal Deputy Chairperson of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal for a period of 3 months commencing on 1 April 2021.
Under subparagraph 33A(1)(b)(i) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, I determine the following as the terms and conditions of this appointment:
(a) the appointment is on a part-time basis;
(b) no remuneration is payable for the appointment.
