SULPHURIC ACID BOUNTY.

 

No. 38 of 1959.

An Act to amend the Sulphuric Acid Bounty Act 19541957.

[Assented to 20th May, 1959.]

[Date of commencement, 17th June, 1959.]

BE it enacted by the Queens Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows:—

Short title and citation.

1.(1.) This Act may be cited as the Sulphuric Acid Bounty Act 1959.

(2.) The Sulphuric Acid Bounty Act 19541957, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Sulphuric Acid Bounty Act 1954—1959.

Definitions.

2. Section four of the Sulphuric Acid Bounty Act 19541957 is amended by omitting from the definition of year to which this Act applies the word four and inserting in its stead the word five.
