Structured Finance Support (Coronavirus Economic Response Package) Delegation 2020

I, Josh Frydenberg, Treasurer, acting under subsection 18(1) of the Structured Finance Support (Coronavirus Economic Response Package) Act 2020, delegate my powers and functions under section 12 of that Act to the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Office of Financial Management, commencing on the day this instrument is made.
