DETERMINATION
I, RONALD STANLEY COOPER, General Manager, Safety Regulation and Standards Division, Civil Aviation Authority, a delegate of the Authority, pursuant to subregulation 172 (2A) of the Civil Aviation Regulations, hereby determine that, for the purposes of subregulation 172 (2), the applicable distances are as set out in the Schedule.
