I, Richard Kenneth Robert Alston, Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, having considered factors that are relevant to achieving objects of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999, make the following Determination under subsection 15(2) of that Act.

1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Special Digital Data Service Provider Determination 2002 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
3 Interpretation
In this Determination:
Hotkey means Hotkey Internet Services Pty Limited (ABN 66 075 759 821).
4 Special digital data service provider
Hotkey is a special digital data service provider for service areas in Australia that are special digital data service areas because of section 6 of the Digital Data Service Areas Determination 1999 (No. 1).
