Social Security (Administration) Amendment (Income Management Reform) Commencement Proclamation 2023
I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 1 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Social Security (Administration) Amendment (Income Management Reform) Act 2023, fix 4 September 2023 as the day on which the whole of that Act commences.
