NOTICE UNDER SECTION 35A

 

I, JOCELYN MARGARET NEWMAN, Minister for Social Security, determine, under section 35 A of the Social Security Act 1991, that the Interchange Loddon‑Mallee organisation is an approved scheme for the purposes of the Social Security Act 1991 with effect from 16 February 1995.
