SERVICES CANTEENS TRUST FUND
REGULATIONS (REPEAL)
The Services Canteens Trust Fund Regulations, made under section 36 of the Services Trust Fund Act 1947 (“the Act”) provide for the administration and organisation of meetings by the trustees of the Services Canteens Trust Fund which was established under Part III of the Act.
Section 73 of the Defence Legislation Amendment Act 1987 has now repealed Part III of the Act, and as a consequence the Services Canteens Trust Fund Regulations are no longer operative.
This Statutory Rule repeals the Services Canteens Trust Fund Regulations.
Commencement
This Statutory Rule comes into operation on the date of gazettal.
