REGULATIONS UNDER THE SEAMENS WAR PENSIONS AND ALLOWANCES ACT 1940–1969.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Seamens War Pensions and Allowances Act 1940-1969.

Amendment of the Seamen’s War Pensions and Allowances Regulations†

Fees, travelling allowances and fares.

1. Regulation 7 of the Seamens War Pensions and Allowances Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words Twenty-five dollars and inserting in their stead the words Thirty-five dollars.

Application.

2. The amendment of regulation 7 of the Seamens War Pensions and Allowances Regulations effected by the last preceding regulation applies in relation to a fee payable in respect of a meeting of a Pensions Committee held on the first day of September, 1969, or any subsequent day.
