REGULATIONS UNDER THE SALES TAX (EXEMPTIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS) ACT 1935-1943.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Sales Tax (Exemptions and Classifications) Act 1935-1943.

Sales Tax (Exemptions and Classifications) Regulations.

Citation.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sales Tax (Exemptions and Classifications) Regulations.

Interpretation.

2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, any reference to a Schedule shall be read as a reference to a Schedule to the Sales Tax (Exemptions and Classifications) Act 1935-1943, as amended from time to time.

Educational films.

3. The following educational films are prescribed for the purposes of sub-item (4.) of Item 107 of the First Schedule:—

Films covered by Item 320(c) (2) (b) (2) in the Schedule to the Customs Tariff 1933-1939.
