PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE METEOROLOGY ACT 1906.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulations under the Meteorology Act 1906, should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulations to come into operation forthwith as Provisional Regulations.

Regulations relating to the Sale of Meteorological Publications.
1. The following Publications issued by the Meteorological Bureau shall be available to subscribers at the rates specified hereunder:—
Daily Weather Bulletin...................... | £2 | 10 | 0 | per annum. |
Dally Rain Map........................... | £2 | 0 | 0 | ” |
Daily Weather Chart of Australasia.............. | £2 | 0 | 0 | ” |
Inter-State Meteorological Bulletin.............. | £2 | 10 | 0 | ” |
Monthly Rain Map......................... | £0 | 10 | 6 | ” |
2. Where the Publications are to be supplied by post, there shall be added to the subscription the total amount of postage which will be payable upon the Publications during the period covered by the subscription.
3. Subscriptions shall in every case be payable in advance.
